19th Century French steel bead reticule/purse. Hand stitched crochet,black cotton base with steel beads woven into the outside,the over lap edge has been finished with a bead fringe & at the base a steel bead tassel has been added. Lined in black fabric. At the top steel rings hold a steel carrying chain. No damage.
