Description
Mid Century modern design chair produced for the investiture ceremony of the Prince Of Wales at Caernarfon Castle on the 1st July 1969. Made of beech and bent plywood, painted in vermillion red having the three feathers impressed onto the backrest and complete with the original seat pad. The chair was designed by Lord Snowdon and manufactured at the Remploy Factory in Bridgend, South Wales. All joints are tight, the seat pad has a small black dot stain, but in good original order.
