A charming Victorian mahogany what‑not, beautifully made and wonderfully preserved. The piece offers three graduated tiers supported by finely turned columns, each shelf displaying the mellow, glowing patina that only 19th‑century mahogany achieves. The upper tier is crowned with an elegant carved backboard, adding a decorative flourish without overwhelming the form.
Two small drawers sit neatly at the base, ideal for storing letters or small curios, and the whole piece stands on its original castors, allowing it to be moved with ease.
