Description
A striking decorative trophy mount featuring an arrangement of cattle horns and hooves set onto a traditional shield‑shaped wooden backboard. The composition displays impressive symmetry, with the large sweeping horns forming the upper arc and the smaller horns and hooves creating a bold central focal point. A section of hide remains at the centre, adding texture and authenticity.
The wooden shield shows gentle wear from age, and the horns and hooves retain their natural patination, giving the piece strong rustic character. An unusual and sculptural wall piece, ideal for country house interiors or sporting collections.
