James Fenton & Co. was a highly collectable Birmingham silversmith and jeweller, operating from 1854 to 1956. They are most famous for their Art Nouveau silver and enamel. Fenton is renowned for pieces featuring vibrant, naturalistic enamel, often referred to as ‘bobbly’ enamel, typically stamped with their distinctive teardrop-shaped enamel signature drop.
