Description
A beautifully carved early 20th‑century Chinese hardwood stand with a circular marble inset top. The apron is richly detailed with pierced floral and foliate carving, complemented by delicate bird motifs that add movement and charm to the design. The four cabriole legs are carved in high relief and sweep gracefully outward, united by a shaped stretcher with further floral decoration.
The dark, polished hardwood contrasts beautifully with the lighter marble, highlighting the quality of the craftsmanship. A decorative and versatile piece, ideal for displaying a vase, sculpture or plant, and well‑suited to both traditional and eclectic interiors.
