A set of 5 large moss green glass chemist or pharmacy jars These are wonderful attractive jars from the mid 19th Century, they have been hand blown and labeled Worm Powders, Teething Powder, Rose Dentifrice, Effervescent Saline and Violet powder, the writing is set in Gold Leaf in a shield shape All but one of the Jars are in good condition, this one has some sort of old repair, there is no movement and it may just have a filled crack There is age related wear to the labels but these are still very attractive The Jars are 14” high and 6” in Diameter AC244. Manufacture Date : 1850 Materials : Cut-glass
