Circa 1870. Exceptional very large carved giltwood Victorian mirror. Surmounted by an elaborate crest with rococo foliate scrolls, shells, and carved flowers with floral swags trailing down above the mirror. The original mirror plate in excellent condition with beading and egg dart decorated frame with rococo scrolls and trailing flowers to the sides. The base with Neo-Classical decorations.
