A superb Georgian mahogany chest‑on‑chest in excellent condition. Made in two sections for easy movement, the upper tier offers three small drawers over three graduated long drawers, with the lower section housing a further three graduated drawers and standing on classic bracket feet. All drawers are dovetail‑jointed and fitted with attractive oval brass handles. As with all genuine antique furniture, there are light, age‑appropriate imperfections, but these only enhance the chest’s character and authenticity. The mahogany has developed beautiful colouring and striking grain, making this a particularly handsome example of Georgian craftsmanship — a piece that brings both generous storage and a sense of history to any home.
