A pair of vintage Delft pottery clip-on earrings set in silver. Delt pottery originates in Holland and primarily shows paintings of windmills.
This pair of earrings are quite unusual in that Delt produced decorative objects more than jewellery items. Hand painted in the typical blue on white, they are signed on the reverse and carry the silver stamp 835 for the Netherlands.
They measure 2cm in diameter and the clips are secure.
