Handsome rustic 19th Century bench/ hall seat/ settle made in solid oak. Panelled to the back, front and sides with solid oak arms supported by beautifully turned balusters. The seat lifts to provide ample storage for boots, shoes, bags etc. There are historic knocks, marks, cracks, and scratches as is to be expected on an item of its age however these only add to the character and charm. This very functional antique bench has amazing graining, gorgeous colouring and wonderful patina that will looking superb where ever it is placed.
